1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CalorieBeat ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Subscription Service

CalorieBeat offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Weekly subscription: $6.99/week after a 7-day free trial
  • Yearly subscription: $69.99/year after a 7-day free trial

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. Payment

Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the cost of the chosen package unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

CalorieBeat provides nutritional and fitness information for informational purposes only. This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary changes.

The calorie and macro calculations are estimates based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor Equation for BMR) and may not be accurate for all individuals. Consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

7. AI-Powered Analysis

Our AI-powered photo analysis feature provides estimates for nutritional content. These estimates may not be 100% accurate and should be used as general guidance only. For precise nutritional information, please refer to food packaging or consult a nutritionist.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant CalorieBeat a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
